I recently experienced the Holidays at Universal Orlando Resort. I have heard so many great things about the Holiday Tour, I couldn’t wait to experience it for myself. The Tour and Breakfast with the Grinch do sell out very quickly, if you are interested be sure to let your Wish Upon A Castle Travel Planner know so they can be on the lookout when tickets are announced. This November 2023 the tickets for the Holiday Tour were $80.00 plus tax. (Pricing varies by day) In my opinion it was well worth every penny.
When you arrive at the park you will follow the signs for the Holiday Tour. Once you check in for the event your party is placed in a group of 10-15 people and a tour guide, for the event your group and guide do all things together. Universal has an efficient system in place, Each group has a time to be at each event and a specific amount of time to be spent there. This really keeps it moving. It is timed well, therefore there was no overlap.

💚 We started with reserved seating at Grinchmas
A private event with snacks and drinks
~ Pasta, Cesar Salad, cheeses, vegetables, Breaded Chicken Bites, Bottled Water and Soda Products. ~
🐕 Then we got to meet Max, this was the best!!! Max is a real dog.
How could it get better…but it did, The Grinch! He was hilarious. We got to talk with him, take pictures…it didn’t feel rushed at all. Why wait in line for up to 400 minutes at the parks to meet the Grinch when you get this fantastic interaction here at the Holiday Tour.
🔫 Rode the new attraction, Villain Con. This was the newest ride at the time while we were there.
We then were able to sit and enjoy 🍪☕️Desserts, Hot Chocolate & Coffee and then off to 🎅 Met Santa
🎆 And to close the evening we were able to explore Hogsmeade and saw Hogwarts all lit up with the Christmas Projections. It was a beautiful show!
Most of this was after the park was closed. It was amazing walking around taking in so much of the park with no crowds. A great way to capture the park at night, I was able to get some beautiful pictures in Hogsmeade and of Hogwarts.
It was the perfect way to experience the #holidays at Universal Orlando Resort. If you are looking for a special experience, a unique way to see the parks…I highly recommend the Holiday Tour.
